He made weekly calls to check in with us, from the moment we entered into the agreement till the commencement of work, inquiring about our preferred color choices and offering assistance in preparation. The painters he sent were equally professional and demonstrated exceptional proficiency in all aspects of the job, from initial preparations to the faultless execution of the project. Though initially hesitant about the expense of hiring a painter, our experience with Michael elucidated the vast chasm between amateurish attempts at painting and the finesse possessed by true professionals. We are already making plans to engage Michael for additional rooms in the near future and for exterior work come springtime.
