What an excellent experience! I reached out because I needed to move a sprinkler head and a section of the irrigation line before installing a generator. The previous two companies declined the job due to its size. Tim, the efficient technician, gave me a call almost an hour before his arrival to let me know he may be slightly delayed. However, he arrived on time as promised - amazing! After surveying the site, we successfully relocated the sprinkler head and ran through the irrigation system's cycles and zones to ensure everything was working correctly, which is a rare occurrence. During the inspection, Tim found a leaking pipe on the other side of my yard, which he showed me and fixed. I’m grateful for the company's professional work ethic exhibited by everyone involved.

Our meeting with the team to set up service for our irrigation system opening this spring was a fantastic experience. They were prompt in responding to us and scheduling a meeting at our convenience. The day before our meeting, they confirmed the time, and they were punctual and did not keep us waiting. They addressed each of our concerns with care and deliberation, making certain that our irrigation system was operating optimally.
