My 1973 A-Frame property in Hendersonville, NC was exceptionally renovated by Santos J LLC. From the very first call, I was relieved to find a reliable contractor who not only comprehended my vision but also contributed meaningfully to enhance it. Santos J LLC was initially hired to remodel three bathrooms and our kitchen. However, Yeison and his team went above and beyond by completing the challenging task of transforming a half bath into a full one. Despite the hurdles of working on a slab construction, the team worked closely with me to ensure that every item was procured, and all my requests were considered. Yeison efficiently coordinated the delivery of materials and was the point of contact for other sub-contractors involved in the project. In just eight weeks, they made over 30 runs to Lowe's and Home Depot. Their exceptional work impressed us, and we hired Santos J LLC to tackle other challenges. These included changing all the doors, replacing large picture windows, completing the flooring that the last contractor left in disarray, adding infrared patio heaters with 230v power, building a deck extension for a hot tub, lighting and electricals installation, adding vents to the house, and much more. Throughout the project, Yeison demonstrated exceptional communication skills, prioritizing client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest quality standards. He was always available and willing to go the extra mile to complete the project on time, showing respect for our property at all times. Although Santos J LLC is not the cheapest option, they provide excellent value and have earned my trust for contracts running six digits. I highly recommend Yeison and his team for any project, as their communication skills and dedication make them an asset to any remodeling project. I rate them A+ and give them 5 Stars in bold for their exceptional work.

The exceptional work done by Jason and his assistant in removing two windows and replacing them with a door accompanied by a side lite and constructing an 8 x 8 deck has left us completely satisfied. We are extremely happy with the outcome and plan on hiring Jason for another project in the near future.
