Valerie Dawkins is an incredibly special young woman, possessing a remarkable singing talent and displaying immense professionalism. Her performance at the OV-1 Mohawk Association banquet on September 24th was outstanding, with nearly 500 attendees at the Sheraton Pentagon City Ballroom absolutely thrilled by it. Her rendition of "Leaving On A Jet Plane" stirred emotions in the hearts of veterans, evidenced by the tears in their eyes, whilst her stirring performance of "God Bless the U.S.A" had the whole crowd on their feet. Simply put, both on and offstage, Valerie is a delightful wonder.
