On September 10, 2018, I had a guy come out to measure my lawn for a sod job. He provided me with an estimate that included what he claimed was his contractor license number. Upon checking the number on the DLLR site, I discovered that it did not exist. I also attempted to visit the website he had provided, but it did not exist. Despite my attempts to contact him through text and phone calls, he failed to respond. His name is Pablo Chavez and I caution others to use him at their own risk. Unfortunately, my time was wasted.

Pablo and his team were exceptional. He arrived promptly, offering a top-tier consultation and a fair cost estimation. His communication skills were commendable, keeping us informed of their schedule, their approach to dealing with wet soil, and their project completion.
