It's unbelievable that a bat made its way into our great room! We contacted BigHeart, and James quickly assured us that the creature would remain in the corner where it was perched. The following morning, he arrived promptly and delicately placed the little guy in a box before releasing it into a tree in our backyard (a natural habitat for mosquito and fly-eating bats). The service was both professional and reasonably priced. Excellent job, James!
