Mermaid Catering

I hired Mermaid Catering for a Valentine's Day dinner for my wife. The personal chef was great with communication, answering all my questions in advance via email or in person. The food was beyond amazing and I would definitely book them again.

As a late Father's Day present, I hired Julie to visit our house. My assumption was that she would cook alongside my husband while providing advice on how to prepare meals without jeopardizing his heart and diabetic diet. However, Julie and her assistant surprised us by creating a delightful dish of chicken marsala, quinoa-stuffed portobello mushrooms, braised spinach, a garden salad with Greek yogurt ranch dressing, and a ricotta strawberry cheesecake - all of which were delicious! Additionally, Julie provided useful information regarding the selection of beneficial ingredients for managing my husband's medical issues. To my delight, Julie and her assistant cleaned up after themselves, making this experience feel like having a personal gourmet cook around! All that remains is for me to hunt down some potato starch and mushroom broth.

I can't emphasize enough how impressed the venue owner was with Julie and Chef Susan's catering services for our wedding. Their professionalism and excellence made them stand out. If Julie asks about large appetites, take it seriously. I didn't, and their beef burgundy was devoured just as the final table got up to get their share. The food was so mouthwatering!

Upon Heather and Ryan's arrival, we were bestowed with the treatment reserved only for royalty. Every detail was attended to by them. The food was abundant, delectable, and served piping hot while also paying special regard to the needs of our younger children. Needless to say, our experience was absolutely fantastic!

Lorin and Chef Clint delivered an impeccable experience, providing incredibly delicious and high-quality cuisine. Their approachable and polished demeanor was noteworthy. They went above and beyond to fulfill every detail we needed and left the kitchen spotless. I highly recommend them for any catering and party requirements!
