Pure Maintenance of Cincinnati

My dad's home was fogged by Pure Maintenance in 2018 and the musty smell remains absent in 2020. It brought a transformative improvement in my father's living and health environment.

Although the gentleman claimed that there was mold, I am skeptical of his claim. I conducted a test in the central area of my house, but could not find the source of the mold. I employed the services of a roofer to inspect my roof but was surprised when the gentleman demanded payment for the service that the roofer did not charge for.

Upon discovering mold in my home, I wasted no time and promptly browsed through Home Advisor. I submitted a request for several companies to reach out to me that same day, and fortunately, Mike was quick to respond. He scheduled me in within a couple of days, and his pleasant demeanor made it easy to discuss my concerns with him. He conducted air tests on both levels of my house and quoted a reasonable price for his services. In fact, I mistakenly overpaid him on Venmo, but he immediately refunded me before leaving. Mike thoroughly explained the next steps and assured me that the test results would be ready by Monday. True to his word, he sent over the results promptly. I was thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to use his services again nor recommend him to others.

I highly recommend Mike's team as they were exceptionally quick and had excellent communication. Their work was fantastic and they deserve the highest recommendation.
