Opt for a different service provider as I had arranged an appointment and had to leave work earlier, only to be stood up. Although they apologised and proposed a discounted offer, the first impression holds a significant value, especially when investing thousands of dollars in an expense. It's preferable to choose someone who begins on the right footing from the outset.

I didn't end up collaborating with this person due to their higher price point, but they were a pleasant individual. I am considering the option of working with them in the future. I am uncertain as to why I was prompted to provide a review.
