Lem arrived at my house right on time as the quoted schedule, and efficiently carried out the repair work. Moreover, he patiently explained what was wrong with my furnace and gave me a detailed demonstration.

I thought I had a pipe leakage issue above my shower. After contacting LEM, he scheduled a visit the next day at a convenient time for me. In no time, he determined that the shower nozzle was leaking and spraying onto the wall, rather than a pipe issue. He offered guidance on replacing the shower head, demonstrating professionalism and expertise. Amazingly, he didn't charge me for this visit, which truly impressed me. I enthusiastically endorse him and will rely on him for future needs.

We had to swap out our sewer line because of a crack. LEM furnished me with an estimate, relying on the pictures I shared with him (quite affordable). He arrived in two days and accomplished the task. He went beyond our initial agreement and provided additional services at no extra charge. I strongly suggest his services.
