Liz’s House Clean Services

I required a one-time cleaning due to injury and received numerous offers, but I selected this particular service provider based on their affordability and availability. As our home is typically kept very clean and undergoes a deep clean every two weeks, I only needed a standard cleaning of the kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms with no deep-cleaning, bedroom cleaning or additional tasks beyond what was originally stated. However, upon completion of the job, the daughter of the service provider informed my daughter that the cost was $60 more than initially agreed upon due to an additional bathroom being cleaned. I approached the service provider and was informed that an extra bathroom needed cleaning. Though I did not wish to argue, I did find the increase in cost for one bathroom excessive and noted that a deep clean was unnecessary as the bathroom was only standard clean. After examining the work carried out, I found hair in the child's bathroom, the toilet appeared unclean and the shower had not been wiped down. I only expected a regular cleaning, which includes sweeping up hair, scrubbing the toilet clean and wiping down the shower. In examining the kitchen, I found only a small section had been mopped with a swiffer, and the remainder of the tile had not been cleaned. I was exceptionally disappointed and will not engage this particular service provider again. Additionally, CrackerJack, the cleaning company the service provider is affiliated with, claimed I required a contract, despite providing text messages, pictures and videos to prove my claim. Due to this, I will not use CrackerJack again.
