About
Through fluid movements and breath, I strive to ignite inspiration and foster connection in my yoga teachings. In my classes, I blend imaginative sequencing with a focus on proper alignment, encouraging my students to discover a sense of belonging within their own bodies. No matter where you are in your yoga journey, whether your goal is to improve your fitness, focus your intentions, meditate, or explore alternative practices, I'll customize tailored sequences that address your unique interests and needs- both on and off the mat. With over a decade of experience practicing and studying in prominent studios in Boston, New York, and India, I've learned that yoga is a discipline that can be enjoyed by everyone - whether you prefer gentle breathing techniques or mastering challenging poses. Furthermore, as a certified Level 1 Reiki practitioner, I am open to discuss additional energy therapy options with those who are interested.

Kim is truly amazing. I have participated in yoga sessions and received reiki healing from her, both of which were incredibly enriching. Kim is extremely thoughtful and conscientious in designing these experiences, which imparted a wealth of knowledge about both practices and left me feeling revitalized and healthy. In addition to being a skilled practitioner, Kim is also an absolute delight to be around. She is easy to converse with and understood my objectives for our time together, adeptly conveying complex concepts in a way I could easily grasp. When I started working with Kim, I was suffering from persistent pain in my back and leg due to poor posture and body habits from work. While I had never been into yoga or athletic activities, I realized I needed to do something to improve my overall comfort.
Kim stood out to me as the utmost caring and attentive coach I have ever worked with. She took the time to truly listen to me and meet me at my level in terms of skills and goals. She helped me establish systems that relieved pain, strengthened muscles, and gradually transitioned me to better postural habits.
What truly sets Kim apart from others is her non-judgmental approach. She creates a safe space for me to connect with my physical and emotional needs. As we progressed, she shared her expertise in multiple modalities, including philosophy, education, and theory, which helped me apply what I had learned in sessions to other situations.

With her genuine care for teaching, Kim proves to be an exceedingly patient instructor. She adeptly tailors her lessons to her students' skill levels, making it both encouraging and motivating for them to be pushed beyond their limits but without feeling overwhelmed.
As a beginner, this was particularly vital for me. Notably, Kim exudes knowledge and expertise as she thoroughly explains the benefits of each pose on the body. I would readily recommend her to all who seek an outstanding yoga teacher.
