Our list of vendors gained a valuable asset when we invited William to be a part of our team. He flawlessly communicated his whereabouts and work with a gentle yet clear approach. Despite making a last-minute request for him to arrive an hour earlier than planned, William accommodated our needs with ease. William intuitively knew when and how to interact with us and was constantly capturing all the special moments. He had a reassuring and kind demeanor that immediately put us at ease during our wedding day. After the reception, William informed us that he was working on a teaser of our wedding and we eagerly await the final result.

Working with Jackson was an amazing experience for my daughter Chloe and me. He was exceptionally amiable and understanding, and he even exceeded his job expectations by assisting us with setting up the drum mics. My wife, Shelly, was under the impression that Jackson was a close friend of mine, rather than a hired professional.

Action Jackson is outstanding! Right from the start, he was extremely accommodating and attentive. Having met him prior to settling in New York City, I was overjoyed to secure him as a vendor. Not only were his fees budget-friendly, but he conducted himself in a completely professional manner. He was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with and I would certainly welcome the opportunity to do so again without hesitation. I can wholeheartedly endorse him with a 100% recommendation!

Because of CrackerJack's peculiar policy of not allowing users to amend prior reviews, I wish to amend my preceding unfavorable evaluation. In my previous critique, I had expressed dissatisfaction with the videos because they seemed to lack audio for the most part. However, my assessment was incorrect. Upon importing the clips into Premier Pro, I could see that they had audio. The only problem was that the sound died down after a few minutes, most likely because the volume was not adjusted properly. It was my mistake not to increase the volume. However, I must say that Jackson was very responsive, and the videos eventually turned out to be very professional-looking. They were never an issue visually. Consequently, please disregard my previous negative review and proceed to engage Jackson's services!
