Restoration 1 of Conroe

Last Thursday, while working in our kitchen, we were suddenly met with a startling sight - a waterfall gushing out of the pillars on our ceiling, pouring down two stories from our attic and hot water heater. Fortunately, having met Desnekka of Restoration 1 on several occasions due to my job as a Spring Realtor, I knew that she would be the perfect person to handle the situation. Within an hour of being contacted, Desnekka along with our plumber, Iggy from Aqua Trails, arrived at our home and got down to the task of removing the drenched items so that the industrial dryers could be set up. They worked until late that night and came back daily to track the progress. An outstanding job was done by coordinating with our plumber, insurance adjuster, and ultimately with those who were responsible for the restoration of our drywall and flooring. Without Desnekka and Restoration 1 of Conroe, this situation would have turned into our worst nightmare. We are so grateful for the excellent work they did!

Based on the recommendation of Copperfield Plumbing for a leak in our upstairs bathroom, we contacted Restoration 1. Samantha and Shane arrived promptly to inspect the issue and determined that the problem had been detected early, and no major fix was necessary. They applied a natural inhibitor to prevent mold growth and assured us that no tear-out or replacement was required. Restoration services may be necessary at times, but having a professional provide the assurance that everything is well can also be beneficial. Thank you so much for the quick and polite service.
