Despite informing the cleaners that we lived on base, they cancelled the appointment and thus wasted our precious PTO. This resulted in a rush to find an alternative solution as we needed to move out soon. Although we had the option to escort them to the location, they made the unilateral decision to cancel without consulting us. Additionally, they leveled the false allegation that we did not inform them of our location, despite the fact that we had provided evidence to the contrary. However, this evidence was disregarded.

Working with them was fabulous. They tended to our home thoroughly within a reasonable time frame and were exceptionally polite. I highly recommend their services.
