From no-shows to constant cancellations, prolonged waiting periods for parts delivery, to the outrageous repair charges, the situation calls for a change. Our current focus is on repairing major brand appliances that are out-of-warranty, with the exception of Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, and Dacor.

We charge $109 for repair and diagnosis, plus parts and tax*.

*Sealed-system repairs are not included.

Each start time has a two-hour arrival window, with options ranging from 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, and so forth.

Without hesitation, I would choose all the favorable attributes for this enterprise. Upon encountering an emergency where a bunny was wedged next to my dryer's blower motor, Wayne arrived within an hour of my call, demonstrating exceptional promptness. With his attentiveness, he successfully extracted the rabbit in a secure manner, exhibiting care throughout the process. I could not have accomplished the feat alone and am grateful for his services. I highly recommend him and will exclusively depend on him for my future appliance requirements. Notably, he delivers reasonably-priced services, responds promptly, prioritizes safety, and performs excellently, even when tackling an unusual problem. Both the bunny and my dryer remained unharmed. :)

Wayne provided outstanding service this week when the igniter of our gas stove malfunctioned. Just before Thanksgiving, our oven had a breakdown which was quite worrisome! We contacted Wayne that day, and he generously provided a free diagnosis over the phone, arranged for the necessary part and made an impressive drive crossing two state lines on Thanksgiving morning to fix it in just one hour! His dedication is truly remarkable, and now our turkey is cooking splendidly, filling the air with its mouthwatering aroma. Wayne saved our entire holiday and because of his excellent work, we have become lifelong customers. We sincerely and highly recommend him to others.
