Since we moved over 3 years ago to Hendersonville, N.C., Brad and his team have been our exclusive plumbing company. As a retired Supervisor of Air Traffic Controllers from Atlanta, I am meticulous about the work that is done for me. Brad has successfully completed multiple demanding projects for my wife and me over time. These involve a complete renovation of our Master Bath, including the replacement of a new shower, tub, commode, and sink, new piping, and another project was the replacement of a larger sink unit in the Kitchen. The recent renovation of our other bathroom was yet another successful project completed by Brad. Very soon, we would be starting from scratch to build a new basement bathroom. Brad does all of it with precision timing and pricing that is within reason, despite the ever-fluctuating economy, unlike other companies in the area who charge extravagantly. Brad's team is punctual, and in case of a pressing matter, he makes every effort to accommodate his clients. One of the things that fascinate me besides the quality of his work is his detailing on how he will go about the job, including the timelines and finalization time, and what the challenges might be. Being homeowners of a 40-year-old home, bringing things up to code is crucial for safety and homeowners' insurance purposes.
