The thermostat in my rental property had ceased to function. Fortunately, they were able to come and evaluate as well as change the thermostat on the same day I made the request. It was admirable how prompt and responsive they were, especially given that it was during the busiest period of the year following the extreme cold. I docked one star because I was charged more than the average rate, but I didn't protest vehemently because it was a same-day service.
