During the Christmas holiday, I received distressing news that a pipe had burst in my mother’s house. Fortunately, I contacted QSP, and they promptly responded to my message. The day after Christmas, they arrived at my 75-year-old mother’s place and professionally assessed the damage, fixed the burst pipe, and ensured that my mother had heat and hot water. It was a complete waste of time. Initially, I was quoted $260 for the job, but when the plumber arrived, he informed me he couldn't do it and would charge $700.
