On Thursday, I sent a text and the service was completed on the subsequent Tuesday. Three hours before the scheduled time, he phoned us requesting an early arrival since his morning job ended earlier than anticipated. He executed an exceptional task, and we intend to summon him for the next time.

Window Genie did an excellent job by cleaning my roof, siding and windows both inside and outside. They were punctual and ensured that the job was done properly. In my opinion, the cost they charged was fantastic. I had received a quote from another service provider for the same work, which was twice the amount charged by Window Genie. Roof, gutters, windows, and siding were thoroughly cleaned. The communication was exceptional, and the service was professional and punctual. The quality of the work was outstanding, and Spencer managed to remove most of the moss from the roof. For the remaining moss that would have otherwise damaged the roof, he used a treatment that he explained would cause the moss to die and fall off as expected. He assured them that he would re-treat any remaining moss if necessary after two weeks, which he did promptly after a call from the client.
The price for the cleaning services was exceptional, and the company even offered a package deal that made the window cleaning free compared to other bids received. The client was pleased with the service and plans to use them again for future needs.
