Initially, I was pleased with the service provided and satisfied with the end results. The individual in charge of carpeting was friendly and knowledgeable, which was appreciated. However, I am uncertain about the service's worth and value. Although the CrackerJack advertisement advertises carpet cleaning at $99, I was charged nearly twice the amount for cleaning a small section of carpet for an hour. Given that I live in a small basement apartment and required only my living room carpet cleaned, I believe that I was overcharged. Consequently, I do not plan to engage with this business for future carpet cleaning unless the pricing is adjusted. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts.
