Steve made an extra effort to offer his assistance by dedicating his time to address all of my inquiries. Sadly, the printer was beyond repair. Nevertheless, he exerted his utmost effort to evaluate which printer would be suitable for my requirements and provided me with recommendations for my future printer purchase.

I had a copier/printer/fax/scanner that was ancient which was stuck and I had no luck trying to fix it myself. But luckily, my service man did an amazing job by removing a missing piece of paper, tidying up the machine, and giving me insight on future updates to avoid it becoming irreparable. I received efficient and comprehensive service with an extremely reasonable price. Without a doubt, I would recommend SWC Copiers.
