For more than two decades, I've been honing my skills in the exquisite Eight Treasures Qigong. Through linking movements, I've developed an approach that simplifies the learning process. With my expert guidance and passion for the craft, even novice practitioners can experience the pleasure of this beautiful form.

Tai Chi for Arthritis is another form that I heartily recommend. It teaches balance and weight-shifting techniques that translate well to everyday life.

As a Level 4 Essentrics instructor, I offer a full-body workout that emphasizes balance and strength. By focusing on lengthening the muscles, practitioners of all levels can experience the joys of this rewarding practice.

My affection for Suuz is immense. For roughly two months, I've been attending Qigong classes with her and I absolutely adore it! Suuz is a phenomenal instructor who skillfully tailors the classes to match the fitness level of each student. Her studio, located in the charming South End area, is undoubtedly the most adorable place I've ever seen. Since I embarked on this journey with her, I have noticeably become more serene and composed. I strongly suggest giving her a try!
