After taking numerous photos of the roof, the sales representative presented us with the findings. Although the roof was not leaking, the flashing required a complete overhaul due to the seven skylights and the region behind the chimney appeared to be the root cause of the fireplace leakage. Additionally, the roof was exhibiting signs of wear and tear as it had been standing for thirty years.
