Their task was to use a pressure washer to clean the house and a few windows. However, they neglected all the other windows, leaving them just as dirty, and the debris on the deck and porch was left untouched. Despite the courteous behaviour of the owner, my wife will need to find someone else to clean the neglected windows.
After communicating with Windows Genie regarding the issue, it came to light that there was a misunderstanding. The company returned to fulfil their responsibilities and resolve the matter. I would consider employing their services again, predominantly due to the owner's positive approach. Overall, their service deserves a rating of 9 out of 10.

To gear up for spring, we opted for a deep cleaning of the exterior of our house after having neglected it for 14 years. I reached out to the Window Genie company situated in Monroe, and here's what they did for us: clearing out gutters, scrubbing all windows inside and out (as we have a plethora of them), eliminating and washing all window screens, and pressure washing the driveway, sidewalk, porch, and rear deck, which appeared pristine afterward. The whole outside structure was pretreated with a mild mold- and mildew-killing detergent before being completely washed, resembling a refreshing bath. The Window Genie team worked diligently and generated incredible outcomes. Our windows now gleam crystal clear, brightening up our home's interior, and our driveway sparkles like it's brand new! So, if you're seeking comparable services, I highly suggest you give them a shot.

The company is highly professional. They were punctual, accommodating, and promptly addressed any inquiries. In addition to tidying my windows, they also sanitized the eaves and pressure-washed the entryway and neighboring concrete. Exceptional work. Furthermore, the area was left spotless upon their departure. I intend to arrange recurring appointments.
