I chose all 5 in the reference as he fulfilled all my requirements and exceeded my expectations. Other tailors suggested altering the lower part of my daughter's prom dress for hemming. Paulo did an excellent job hemming four of our business pants, which included a couple of pairs that were considered of high-end or luxury quality. He even thoughtfully returned the pins we used to mark the pants. His punctuality and quick communication were appreciated, and we were delighted with his services. We would not hesitate to use his services again for any of our tailoring needs. We give him an A+.
