They are extremely aggressive, and expressing that you have chosen another company offends them and prompts them to respond with a "k". This is an unpleasant way to conduct business.

For our school farm, John is constructing an extensive dual-sided rabbit hutch. He's a diligent worker who takes pride in his work and aims to satisfy the customer. Additionally, I have arranged for him to work on some distinctive outdoor classroom designs for our school. When the construction is finished this week, I will share pictures.

John was hired by me to assist in constructing a larger artist's studio or "she shed" with a barrel arch and a steep 9/12 roof. However, he was faced with the challenge of my request, as a former framing carpenter myself, to physically contribute to the project. Despite being a 60-year-old woman with 90-year-old knees, I was eager to assist. Surprisingly, John was also interested in our collaboration and we both learned from each other. He was consistently punctual and completed the job within seven weeks, only one week longer than the estimated timeframe. The cost went over budget by 15% due to the complexity of the design and the weather conditions. Although John's specialty lies in deck building, shed construction, and concrete work, he is a perfectionist and well-mannered. At times, I had to remind him that trim would eventually cover any unattractive portions. The worksite was kept tidy on a daily basis and waste was promptly removed. Currently, I am in the process of finishing the interior of the building and will soon move in once the floor has been painted. I am thrilled with the outcome of the project and cannot wait to use and be inspired in my new space. I wish John the best in all future custom shed projects. Thank you, John. Sincerely, Lynn

The beautiful shelf above our bed was crafted and installed by John, who did an exceptional job. His dedication and kindness were evident in his endeavor to create a flawless project. The end result is absolutely perfect and we couldn't be happier.
