We were contented with the service provided. Lucia arrived punctually and the children were delighted with their face painting.

Lucia's work was exceptional, and we were thrilled with her skills. She worked wonderfully with the kids and managed to paint over 20 faces in just an hour. Even more impressive, the paint was comfortable to wear, and it lasted for hours, yet it washed off with ease. At my request, she even brought along a balloon artist, which was greatly appreciated. It was convenient to book both services through just one company. However, the only issue we had was with timeliness. Although we paid $250 for an hour and a half of service, Lucia and her team arrived only shortly after the scheduled start time, which was unprofessional. Also, they left at least 15 minutes early, which was not acceptable either. We expect them to be present, set up, and ready to work at the agreed-upon time, and to stay until the end of the contracted time slot, even if there are no customers around. We deducted one star because of this. Communication about timeliness expectations in our future bookings will be crucial. Despite the setback, we had a positive experience and would still be happy to use Lucia's services again.

Lucia was truly remarkable. She arrived ahead of time, displayed great manners, and exhibited outstanding skills. The children adored having their faces painted by her. I am definitely going to enlist her services again for any forthcoming requirements. Appreciate it, Lucia!
