This service is fraudulent, solely focused on extracting a service fee. Upon contacting the company, they replied promptly and had a technician sent over the next day. However, the technician barely inspected the dishwasher, asked only one question, and provided an assessment without even looking at it. When questioned about how they determined the issue, the technician claimed to be able to discern all dishwasher problems without thorough examination. Following the brief visit, a service charge of $75 was levied, with the assurance of an estimate soon to follow. Unfortunately, five days have passed, and communication has been futile, with no estimate or response regarding the requested information. Furthermore, how can an estimate be provided without proper scrutiny of the dishwasher?
