I needed only a minimal amount of caulking, around four spots, and a minor repair to the trim on my door frame. However, the company's quote of $910 in addition to the cost of labor and materials was exorbitant. As a result, I decided not to employ their services.

The individual failed to arrive. Upon calling, the person was unaware of any specifics regarding the project. They suggested rescheduling for a later date. The quality of customer service left much to be desired.
