About
After organizing my own wedding, unKAGed events was born. With a varied career including roles as a marketer, non-profit event coordinator, farmer, chef, yoga instructor, and music festival planner, my taste is anything but conventional. During my own wedding planning, I struggled with conforming to traditional wedding expectations. As a result, I assist couples who want to break away from the rules and restrictions of typical weddings. UnKAGed is a nod to my initials and approach to planning and design that emphasizes showcasing clients' personalities.Some amusing facts about me include being a Leo with Scorpio rising, ENFP, a Peacemaker, and a Vata-Pitta. I'm also a fan of personality quizzes. I have a weakness for fashion and can spot a good consignment or vintage store from a mile away.
Although I was slow to jump on the bandwagon, the pandemic led me to discover reality TV, particularly competition shows. My favorite is RuPaul's Drag Race.

Our pre-wedding rehearsal event was an incredible experience thanks to our collaboration with Kris! Despite only finding her two weeks before the event, she still did an amazing job! Throughout the entire process, she displayed responsiveness and punctuality, along with a strong sense of organization and creativity. Her kindness was also evident as she ensured that our vision was precisely executed through her rental choices and floral arrangements! Kris Glover-Rasimas is surely an outstanding wedding coordinator for the day of the event! A few weeks prior to our celebration, she graciously met with us at the venue to finalize some details, enlightening us on the whole program flow. On the actual day itself, she worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure that every aspect was moving ahead according to our expectations, which we discussed over a phone call the week before. She even went beyond our expectations, taking charge of arranging our afterparty at the hotel to guarantee that our guests had nothing to worry about.
