AVARC constructions were hired to finish the incomplete stairs left by a previous contractor years ago. Although hesitant due to a negative experience, Charles' great communication and attention to detail made the process a breeze. He even went above and beyond by redoing work that the previous contractor had indirectly affected, ensuring a cleaner and complete finish. On top of the stairs, a new railing was necessary and after discussing ideas with Charles, a custom brushed metal railing was installed, which was much loved. The project was completed efficiently, and the overall budget was comfortably met. Although the wall needs painting and the baseboards installed, Charles has already been inquired about working on these tasks. In the future, AVARC constructions will be the contractor of choice for larger renovations.

Charles was recommended to us by a friend, who he had done a remodel for. After seeing his impressive work, we decided to hire him to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. Throughout the process, Charles was readily available to answer any questions we had. Although the remodel was delayed due to a tile we wanted being unavailable, Charles quickly helped us select a new tile and resumed work as soon as it became available. Despite the delay, the finished product was breathtakingly beautiful and well worth the wait. We are extremely pleased with Charles' work and will definitely use him for any future remodels.
