Massage is the perfect vocation for me as I personally embrace a holistic lifestyle and firmly believe in the body's natural healing abilities. Over the past 17 years, I've gained experience working in a variety of settings, including hotels, boutique spas, clinical practices, and with private clients.My goal is to help you achieve the results you are looking for, whether that be relaxation or pain relief from chronic muscle issues. I specialize in Trigger Point therapy to alleviate muscle contraction and nerve impingement, and I also provide stretching exercises to maintain or improve the effectiveness of each massage.
For those interested, I offer CBD-infused massages to amplify muscle and nervous system tissue's calming and healing properties.
