Yesterday, I had a conversation with Ramzi about investing in a residential property. During our interaction, he spoke with both me and my mother. At no point did he mention that he would charge a fee to provide us with his estimation. Later, he sent me a text about the charge and I replied stating that I was not aware of it. This morning, he messaged me again, questioning whether or not I work for free and demanded payment of $53. I apologized and explained that while some professionals offer free estimates, I do not. However, I did not charge him for the lead he paid for. He threatened to report me, even though I did not do anything wrong.

I enlisted the help of these individuals to demolish a partition wall, eliminate a glass backsplash in my kitchen, and update the fry wall. The service provided was exceptional. Their pricing was quite reasonable, they arrived on schedule, completed the job, tidied up after themselves, and followed up adequately. I intend to employ them again and recommend their services.

In less than an hour, he efficiently completed everything.

I wish to write a review to express how Ramzi Renovation treated me with utmost respect. They displayed complete professionalism and kept their promises. Although my Reno project has been postponed due to the current circumstances, I plan to resume work and sign a contract with them when things get better.
