Esquire Litigation Group

Jessica Tehlirian is the managing attorney and founding partner of the Atlanta branch of Esquire Litigation Group, where she focuses on personal injury trials. With her partners' help, she has grown the firm to encompass eight locations, from Florida to California.

Before joining ELG, Tehlirian served as a prosecutor in Tallahassee, Florida, working on behalf of thousands of community members. She tried more than 20 cases, from misdemeanors to murder, all before taking on the role of Head of the Litigation Department for The Cochran Firm Jacksonville. Here, she managed other litigation attorneys while also attending to her own caseload of personal injury cases with high stakes.

Ultimately, Tehlirian's work at The Cochran Firm led her to her current role at ELG, where she's managed to secure millions in compensation for injured clients. She's licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia.

Outside of her work with ELG, Tehlirian also runs Lawyerbaes, a social media-savvy legal service that she co-owns. With over 140,000 followers across their platforms, Lawyerbaes has become an influential voice in the legal sector. In fact, their trademarked name has been tagged on Instagram almost 100,000 times. Lawyerbae has even been featured multiple times on the legal drama "All Rise," and collaborated with CNN reporter Angela Rye on a virtual graduation ceremony during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For her contributions to civil plaintiff law, Tehlirian has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers and The National Black Lawyers as one of their Top 40 Under 40 for multiple years.
