The team was great to work with and their efforts were commendable. However, they convinced me to purchase an additional odor elimination service that I am unsure was completely necessary. Despite this, they did manage to eliminate 90% of the stains, with the exception of some pet stains that were a year old.

The cleaning service was exceptional! The cleaner arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and began without delay. He performed miracles on our suede couch that's been in use for four years! He was extremely personable, proficient, and accomplished the job magnificently. I wholeheartedly suggest him!

My mattress was cleaned wonderfully by McKenzie. I feel lucky to have found him just in time as I was almost getting rid of it. McKenzie's cleaning skills were so good that my mattress looked like a brand new one. He had left no trace of any dirt or scratch. I highly recommend him for all your furniture and upholstery cleaning needs.
