Eric's approach was refreshingly honest as he did not attempt to exaggerate the benefits of his services. Personally, I find it preferable to work with an individual who is upfront about any charges rather than providing a preliminary quote that is unrealistically low. At present, I am content with the service provided.

Eric mediated our divorce, delivering thorough service at a reasonable cost. We appreciate his understanding of our financial constraints. However, we can only give three stars as the process was protracted, partly attributable to my ex-husband's involvement, but also due to Eric's busy schedule. His responsiveness to calls or emails was often delayed, and at times he seemed preoccupied with other clients. Though, when Eric was available, he displayed excellent skills and was an asset to our case.
