Their work was truly impressive. They dedicated ample time to it and treated my kitchen with the same care as if it were their own, resulting in a spotless space.

Although the team had good individuals, the work quality was a concern. Specifically, I hired them to install 3 fans and 5 recessed lights, necessitating cutting into the drywall and running wires before patching the holes. Unfortunately, the holes were cut larger than required, as pointed out by the Electrician. Even more frustrating was the inadequate patching job: a) The spackling was smeared onto the carpet, resulting in costly damage when we tried unsuccessfully to have it cleaned. Now we must replace all bedroom carpets. b) Not only are there lumps of spackle on and around the patched areas, but large bubbles have formed in most spots that were closed. Even worse, I now discover that the chunks of dry spackle are falling off when my painters attempt to create a smooth surface. This has forced them to reapply spackle to all the affected areas. Initially, I chose not to speak out, but the after-effects of this poorly done work continue to create headaches, even several months later.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Great Contractors who finished our basement impeccably. They were highly approachable and addressed all our queries effectively. We were extremely satisfied with their effort in helping us achieve the basement of our dreams, which our entire family is now able to enjoy. As a result of their excellent workmanship, we have engaged their services once again for our kitchen renovation.
