Green Air Duct

After relocating to an older residence in Plano, TX, we enlisted the services of Green Air Duct. Aware that the air ducts hadn't undergone cleaning in years, we sought their expertise and scheduled an appointment. The proprietor arrived for the cleaning and performed remarkably! Moreover, they were amiable and productive. We strongly endorse their services.

These individuals provided a different rate over the phone and failed to honor it during the first appointment, resulting in a waste of my time. They finally arrived a week later, proceeded to inspect the attic, and claimed that it was exceedingly dirty. After making various excuses and requesting $1300, they proposed negotiation. As I had already expended my time, I agreed to pay an additional $100 on top of our previous agreement. The worker then promptly began the task but subsequently offered excuses, indicating that he had only cleaned a few of the supply vents. He expedited the process and accepted the compensation before departing. Upon further inspection, I observed only minimal dust emanating from the vent, and the carpets looked dirtier than before. Overall, I believe that this was a fraudulent scheme with false promises.

It feels like the air is pristine! It's been ages since I last had my ductwork cleaned and they even showed me what it looked like - it was terrible. However, they did an outstanding job cleaning the entire system. Moving forward, I will ensure to prioritize maintaining it regularly.
