During their first visit, PMI's crew arrived but were unable to complete the work that had been detailed to them beforehand. Despite this, they issued an invoice for the hours worked. I paid the invoice even though the job was unfinished, and provided them with tools and supplies. Unfortunately, during their second visit, they still could not complete the work and gave yet another invoice for incomplete hours. At this point, I made it clear that they needed to finish the job. Finally, on their third visit, they finished the job and fixed their previous mistake of breaking some lights. However, when it came time to pay, I had to remind them that their credit card system wasn't functional, and I decided to submit their invoice to our property management company, Kalles. Afterward, I received a series of harassing emails from PMI's Paul, who has refused the vendor paperwork requirements mandated by Kalles and escalated his complaints. Both Kalles and the board advised me against paying out of my pocket, but PMI's unprofessionalism compelled me to do so and post authentic reviews on CrackerJack. I will eventually be reimbursed by Kalles. In conclusion, PMI seems ill-equipped to handle timely repairs and unaccustomed to dealing with property management companies and homeowners associations. It's unfortunate because we desire to build positive relationships with repair services. David H Straayer

PMI Construction did a fantastic job installing my medicine cabinet, with Mr. Irvin and Thomas exhibiting great care, timeliness, professionalism, and friendliness. They left the work area clean and discarded the old cabinet with other items. Overall, I highly recommend PMI Construction.

They displayed excellent professionalism, skillfully conveyed their plan and ensured I was continuously updated throughout the process. They successfully replaced the basement floor, addressing the challenge of having an old tile/linoleum/glue that could not be removed. They attentively listened to my requirements and provided valuable recommendations. Their knowledge on the matter was invaluable.
