Cristian is the go-to guy for any flooring projects. He promptly responded to my messages and arrived on time for the quote. He provided the quote before leaving my driveway at a fair price without any hidden fees. We hired him immediately, and he started working the next day, finishing the same day with beautiful results. What's more, his invoice for the project matched the initial quote, which is rare with other contractors who inflate the cost with unforeseen fees. Admittedly, my knowledge of flooring was quite limited, with just a few YouTube videos to my name, which made it clear that DIY was not the right choice for me. Initially, I requested an installation quote only, as I intended to purchase my flooring from Home Depot based on my preferred design. Cristian was transparent regarding the cost of installation per square foot, as well as any additional expenses, without putting undue pressure on me to schedule an in-person consultation. Flooring can be expensive, so I approached the process more like a window shopper or a buyer several months away from making a purchase. However, Cristian treated me with the utmost patience, answering all my questions and providing guidance on any adjustments I considered. I had informed Cristian about the flooring brand I intended to purchase, and he gave me an honest opinion that it was suboptimal. I later researched the brand further and found out that he was not attempting to upsell me or change my mind. He went one step further and helped me find a better-quality brand at a comparable price point. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup with his supplier when my installation date was moved up - they had given my designated flooring to someone else. This meant that we had to wait for shipment from their head office. However, Cristian kept me informed every step of the way. When the shipment arrived, he and his associate arrived promptly at my home at 6:45 am and worked tirelessly until nearly 7:00 pm, completing the entire job. For reference, I had approximately 1500 square feet of flooring installed. The end result was stunning, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Cristian's services to anyone.

Christian exceeded my expectations! He was extremely responsive, addressing my inquiries around-the-clock, and managed to complete my project promptly! Our project entailed replacing carpet with LVP in three bedrooms. Christian graciously met with me on two different occasions at his storefront, accommodating changes to our appointments with ease.
