I requested a remodeling quote for my bathroom but never received a final estimate even after numerous follow-up messages. They claimed it was still pending. It would have been better if they just informed me if they were unable to do the project or not interested.

Although the quality of the work was satisfactory, we encountered difficulties with the PM assigned to our project in terms of scheduling and communication. However, upon raising these concerns with DMV's management, they promptly replaced the PM and resolved our issues. Despite the slight delay in completion, we are pleased with the final result and plan to approach DMV for any future projects.

What’s more, we were thrilled with the final outcome, which was evident from the pictures we took. Although the picture of the pipes may look insignificant, it is worth mentioning that our plumbing was a major issue, and the team needed to rework it entirely to achieve the correct height required for our cabinets. The DMV team handled the task flawlessly and turned our kitchen dream into a reality. We would not hesitate to call upon Julio and his team for any future renovation projects that we may have, given the level of satisfaction we had from this experience.

During the project, I needed help with assembling a bed, which caused some delay, but Innovative kept their promise to complete the job as per the agreement.
