I have not previously availed their services. I reserved an appointment for a pressure washing task to be done on an early Easter Sunday morning. Although I had reservations, I received a confirmation of the appointment via email, assuring me that they would arrive at my house by 8 am. Moreover, I was notified through CrackerJack that I would receive a notification message an hour before the scheduled arrival, which never occurred. I even tried contacting them directly, without receiving any response until today. I informed them that I had already taken the initiative to do the job myself and that I would not require their services in the future.
