I had a kitchen renovation done which involved installation of new cabinets, elimination of the drop-down ceiling, addition of modern lighting and replacement of the old countertops with granite. Needless to say, I am absolutely thrilled with my brand-new kitchen! Roberto was an excellent partner throughout the entire project and his dedication towards catering to customer needs is simply commendable.

Roberto has proved to be very responsive, accommodating towards our budget, and has gone as far as adjusting his schedule to meet our tight timeline. Working closely with him, we have made remarkable progress in constructing our dream bathroom, and it has been an absolute delight working with him.

My mom and I decided to remodel my grandma's bathroom after she suffered a hip fracture. Our goal was to make it more accessible to her needs by installing a walk-in shower. Roberto, our contractor, provided us with helpful suggestions on how to renovate the bathroom in a cost-effective way. He even took us to a previously renovated bathroom that looked clean and simple. Although the work is not entirely completed, the results are impressive. Roberto demonstrated excellent responsiveness by staying in touch with us through phone calls, emails, and texts throughout the project's phases. The workers have been accommodating and diligent. Their exceptional work on my Kitchen and Bathroom renovation, along with Roberto's swift action to rescue me from an unscrupulous Contractor, exceeded my expectations. The first company left me in a dire situation with no working sink or toilet for three weeks. Upon contacting Roberto, he promptly responded with his expertise and assurance. He promptly retrieved his workers to assist me, working overtime and weekends (including during the Super Bowl) to fulfill my last-minute request. Additionally, he did not charge me extra for handling any issues that occurred during the project. When a kitchen cabinet appeared slightly too large, he wasted no time and replaced three within a day to ensure symmetry. Thanks to Roberto and his crew, I saved time, money, and frustration. Ultimately, they restored my confidence in the licensed contractor system!
