The most terrible experience I've ever had was with this painter. Not only did he demand a whopping $3800 to paint our house, but also caused damage worth around $2000 to our yard by destructing all the plants. Furthermore, there is now white paint overspray on my driveway, front porch, and even the pavers on my back patio. Abandoning two huge bags of trash and all his empty paint buckets was his great service to me. Now, I am left with the duty of cleaning the dirt and completing the front porch painting on my own. To top it all off, he did not even complete painting the chimney! My advice for you is to avoid him at all costs if you don't want to face the same disaster.
