Wedding certificates can be mailed or hand-delivered for an additional fee. Notary services are also provided within Tennessee.

Debbie was amazing both over the phone and in person. She demonstrated extensive knowledge and provided valuable assistance throughout our entire ceremony. Our desire was to wed at midnight on New Year's Eve, and a few minutes later, we officially became husband and wife on New Year's Day. She even traveled to Chattanooga, TN to bring our intimate ceremony to fruition.
