My house was last painted in the year 2004 and the back side, which faces the west and remains unprotected against the harsh Colorado sun, has suffered greatly due to the passage of time. But after undergoing some essential repairs, the west side was sanded thoroughly by Leo Rodriguez and his team from Lone Star Painting to ensure its smoothness before the painting could be initiated. They also gave a fresh coat of paint to the black wrought iron railing on the front porch, completely transforming its appearance. Though the attached photo doesn't do justice, the porch railing looks as if it is brand new. Based on the before and after photos of the west side, it's evident that Leo and his team did a phenomenal job. Thankfully, the other parts of the house were not in this bad shape. I am grateful to Leo and his team for their hard work, and I would highly recommend them. They worked towards bringing life back into my beloved little bungalow that I have cherished for years! I will not wait for another 18 years to repaint, of course - LOL!
