Although I ultimately did not work with Rain Drainz, their response times and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. Steve's transparency regarding the scope of work and pricing was commendable, and I am confident that I will still be considering him for future projects.

My roof and gutters were both updated, and the entire process was seamless and completed promptly. The level of customer service we experienced was unparalleled. From the initial appointment to the final installation, everything went smoothly and efficiently.

We assessed 4 water treatment system providers through water testing before and after my previous system, discussing our requirements and reviewing their proposals. RainDrainz, the most affordable vendor, did not attempt to oversell the system we needed, while other vendors quoted prices close to double. They demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and thoroughness, exemplified when discovering a minor crack in one of the tanks - they refused to install potentially compromised equipment and worked with us to find an effective alternative. Furthermore, they promised not to install any equipment they wouldn't use in their own home. I would absolutely employ their services again.
