I engaged All Metro Cleaning to tidy up my spacious residence located in Eden Prairie. The area spans approximately 7000 square feet and the crew arrived promptly and completed a fantastic job. It was definitely the finest cleaning service we have ever had, despite having engaged cleaners in the past. Accordingly, we have decided to continue with their services every fortnight and eagerly anticipate their next visit. I strongly endorse their services.

Every week, these girls exceed my expectations when it comes to cleaning my house. They ensure that all of my requirements are met and are consistently amicable. Their dependability is unquestionable, and I appreciate the convenience of scheduling through their phone. Whether I need to book an appointment immediately or convey additional tasks, I can readily text or call them.

The initial cleaner was tardy by thirty minutes; a minor transgression as winter roads aren't great here. However, the second cleaner arrived two hours late, which posed a significant challenge for us due to our 14-month-old's nap schedule and meals. As an hourly rate was agreed, I suspected both of the cleaners extended the time taken to earn more. The first cleaner was present between 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and the second cleaner arrived at 2:30 pm and finished at 6:30 pm. We engaged their services as we had recently used a different cleaner, whose services were sub-par and missed many spots. Our home is vast, measuring 3600 sq ft, and they charged us $516 for their services. We recently relocated from Florida, where we paid $145 to have our 2500 sq ft house cleaned. I wasn't prepared for this major pricing difference, having expected a maximum of double the price. At this price point, it's unaffordable to have the cleaning done regularly, coinciding with the cleaners' tardiness, which they attributed to traffic, but two hours behind schedule is unreasonable and comprises poor planning. Although they did clean well, they missed spots. I believe they had ample time, which should guarantee a perfect outcome. I won't engage their services again as I'm looking for cleaners who offer dependability, timeliness, and reasonable pricing.

My cleaner did an amazing job and was excellent. I will definitely hire them again.
