The service provided by Rob and his colleague from Solar Medix was exceptional. Although we have had many service technicians visit our home over the years, none have been as impressive as these two. They not only provided top-notch servicing for our solar panels, but also voluntarily resolved a problem on our roof. They were patient in addressing my inquiries, which was greatly appreciated. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and expertise. Rob even came back for a follow-up visit, and I must say, working with him was an absolute pleasure.
